These terms govern AI Secretary, an administrative communication and scheduling service operated by Roger Edmond Selwan. The service helps businesses respond to customers, manage appointments and connect supported messaging, phone and calendar providers.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the content, instructions, contacts and integrations in your workspace and for obtaining required notices and consent.

Messaging and third-party services

Your use of WhatsApp and other connected services must comply with their applicable terms, commerce rules, messaging policies, template requirements and opt-in rules. Third-party providers may independently limit or suspend access.

No medical or emergency service

AI Secretary provides administrative assistance only. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide medical advice or replace emergency services. Businesses must configure appropriate emergency instructions and independently verify critical information.

Fees, suspension and termination

Paid features and usage are subject to the plan shown at purchase. We may restrict access to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion, subject to outstanding payment and lawful retention obligations.

Service availability

Automated responses, availability checks and third-party integrations may occasionally be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing business settings and appointment activity.
