Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of your AI Secretary account and associated business data using either method below.

Recommended

Delete from the portal

  1. Sign in to AI Secretary.
  2. Open Account, then Data & privacy.
  3. Export anything you need and submit the deletion request.

Call +961 71 161 353 and identify the account or business workspace. We may ask for information needed to verify your authority.

What happens next

After authorization is confirmed, the account is closed and associated business data is queued for deletion. Information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial records or legal obligations. Data controlled by a connected third party may need to be deleted separately with that provider.

Meta and WhatsApp data

Removing the WhatsApp connection stops AI Secretary from using that connection. To remove information controlled directly by Meta or WhatsApp, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta for the relevant account.
